Using the SiliconStar.cloud website and AI processing infrastructure services constitutes acknowledgment and full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Users are required to read this page carefully before registering or using any of the services.

In this document, the “Site” refers to the SiliconStar.cloud domain and all of its sub-services, and the “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses the services. The services include cloud processing infrastructure, GPU resources, computing capacity, and other services related to running artificial intelligence models and workloads.

All activities on the Site are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law, and other applicable regulations. Any use of the services for illegal activities is prohibited.

The User is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to safeguard their account and login credentials. The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

Computing resources must be used fairly and within the limits of the purchased plan. Any attempt to bypass limitations, engage in unauthorized mining, disrupt the network, or conduct cyberattacks is prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate a User’s access in the event of abnormal usage, security violations, or non-compliance with these terms.

Payment terms, subscription periods, renewals, and service expiration details are transparently stated on the pricing page and during the purchase process. By completing a payment, the User accepts those terms.

At the end of a subscription period or in the event of late payment, the service may be suspended or terminated. Access to resources and data may also be restricted for a specified period to allow the User to create a backup.

User information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on a separate page. The Site is committed to protecting confidential information within the applicable legal framework.

To improve service quality, metadata and usage statistics may be used in aggregated and anonymized form. User-specific content will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or ordered by a competent authority.

All intellectual property rights related to the software, infrastructure, logo, trade name, and proprietary content of the Site belong to SiliconStar.cloud. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or use is prohibited.

The data and models that a User runs on the infrastructure remain the property of the User. The User is responsible for complying with intellectual property rights and all laws applicable to their data and content.

The Site strives to provide stable and secure services. However, no guarantee is made that the services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from service interruptions, technical issues, data loss, or improper use of the services is limited or disclaimed. Users are required to maintain appropriate backups of their data at all times.

SiliconStar.cloud may update these terms at any time. The updated version will become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the event of a dispute, the matter will be pursued through the competent judicial authorities located in Tehran.
