“Site” or “Platform” refers to the SiliconStar.cloud website and all of its sub-services. “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses the Site’s services. “Services” include cloud computing infrastructure, GPU resources, and other services related to artificial intelligence processing.

Use of the Services is permitted only within the framework of the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any use of the Services for illegal activities is prohibited. The User is required to keep their account information confidential and is responsible for any activity carried out through their account. SiliconStar.cloud reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time at its sole discretion.

Computing resources are provided on both dedicated and shared bases. Any misuse of resources, including running mining programs, conducting cyberattacks, or placing excessive loads on systems, will result in the User’s account being blocked. The Platform may impose limits on resource usage to maintain system performance.

SiliconStar.cloud shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to access, the Services. The User is solely responsible for any content processed through their account. The Platform provides no guarantee regarding the continuous availability of resources or the results of any processing operations.

User data is stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. SiliconStar.cloud may use metadata and anonymized user usage statistics to improve its Services.

These terms may be updated at any time. The new version will become effective immediately after being published on the Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and any dispute will be handled by the competent judicial authorities in Tehran.
